Between these and the extremes are two niches that house the figures of Saint Dominic de Guzmán and Saint Francis of Assisi.
The second body is embellished with a painting by Claudio Coello, which illustrates the martyrdom of Saint Stephen, crowning and centering on the celestial drama.
